Through this acquisition, Circus Casino, via its French subsidiary, wishes to continue and develop the activities of Casinos Processing Systems, such as the supply of slot machines, payment terminals, counters and all other goods currently supplied by the company. This acquisition enables Circus Casino France to develop a new activity: the supply of gambling.
Casinos Processing Systems specializes in the marketing and maintenance of equipment for gaming establishments.
