Emilie's areas of expertise include individual and collective labour relations, domestic and cross-border corporate reorganisations and restructuring transactions (e.g. collective lay-off plans), employment issues associated with corporate deals (e.g. labor due diligence), collective bargaining, occupational health and safety issues (psycho-social risks), remuneration policies, social protection law, international mobility, protection of personal data in employment matters (whistle-blower alert procedure), the social impact of the introduction of new technologies, and employment litigation (individual and collective).
Sabine Sardou, Managing Partner of BDO Avocats, is delighted with "the extent of Emilie's technical expertise, her international profile and her professional values, which are in perfect synergy with the expertise, profiles and values of the partners of BDO Avocats, with responsiveness and local service to clients as their first watchwords". She adds that "Emilie's arrival is aimed at continuing the development of BDO Avocats, based on existing and fastgrowing activities: corporate tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing and international mobility".
Emilie says she is "delighted to join BDO Avocats because of its many assets, namely a multidisciplinary, dynamic and ambitious firm integrated into an international network" and adds that she "shares with the other partners the values of excellence and a pragmatic approach with a constant concern for customer focus".
Emilie is enthusiastic to be able to count on the collaboration of Florent THEREZIEN, who also joined BDO Avocats on February 3, 2020 as Manager, after 6 years of experience in employment law in renowned law firms, including most recently the English law firm Fieldfisher.
