Through this acquisition, Volution Ventilation, a group listed on the London Stock Exchange, creates the French leader in mechanical ventilation by insufflation, for indoor air quality in residential and tertiary buildings.
The Ventilairsec group is specialised in ventilation, air conditioning, heating, refrigeration and more generally in all industrial and domestic air conditioning and refrigeration products.
